What You Will Need to Apply:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar customer-facing commercial role, preferably gained within the HVAC, refrigeration, process cooling, engineering, or a related technical industry.
An engineering qualification or relevant practical engineering experience would be advantageous, together with the ability to understand technical products and translate customer requirements into appropriate solutions. You will need to demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with customers at different levels and develop long-term commercial partnerships. You should be comfortable conducting customer meetings and site visits and explaining technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proven track record of generating new business, developing sales pipelines, and achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential. You will be commercially driven and proactive, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities and take them through to completion.
You should also be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential for the role, as regular customer travel will be required.

What You Will Get in Return:
In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, life insurance, bonus scheme, and access to wellbeing initiatives. You will join a fast-paced and forward-thinking organisation where no two days will be the same. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, engineers, and project teams while developing your technical and commercial expertise within a growing and increasingly important area of the engineering sector.
The company provides a structured induction programme alongside continued training and development, ensuring you have the support and resources required to succeed in the role.
