Capgemini is hiring a Data Architect in London (hybrid) to design and govern enterprise data architecture for banking clients — covering data models, taxonomies, reference data, entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and lineage/governance frameworks, implemented on Snowflake and cloud platforms. Advanced SQL/Python and financial-services architecture experience are required.

About the Job you are considering:
The Data Architect will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise-wide data architecture, data models, taxonomy frameworks, and reference data solutions that support strategic business, regulatory, risk, and resilience objectives. The role will drive the design of scalable data foundations, entity resolution frameworks, knowledge graph structures, lineage capabilities, and governance controls across complex banking data ecosystems.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, governance functions, risk teams, and architecture communities to establish trusted, high-quality, and reusable data assets across the enterprise.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
