The Role
We're looking for a Data AnalyticsSpecialist, to build and optimize healthcare analytics solutions that help clients make better decisions. You'll work with data teams to create dashboards, reports, and insights that drive real impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement healthcare analytics solutions from start to finish.
- Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clients rely on.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Work with engineers, data scientists, and other teams to deliver quality results.
- Train clients and internal teams on how to use analytics effectively.
- Support innovation by identifying new ways analytics and AI can add value.
What You Need
- 7-10 years in healthcare analytics, data science, or health tech.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and delivery focus.
- Cantonese a plus.
