As a Data Analytics & Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with business leaders, analytics professionals, operational collaborators, and technology teams. You will deliver scalable reporting, automation, and data solutions that support strategic decision-making. You'll play a meaningful role in developing and managing data platforms, automation technologies, and reporting capabilities that enable the business to operate more efficiently and effectively.

This role sits within a highly transparent and evolving Data & Analytics function supporting Aon's Commercial Risk business across Canada. You'll join a collaborative team that combines business expertise, analytics, and technology to solve real-world challenges and uncover opportunities that drive growth and operational excellence.
Unlike many data-focused roles, you'll have the opportunity to influence the full lifecycle of solutions, from business discovery and customer engagement through to engineering, automation, reporting, and adoption. You'll work alongside data analysts, data scientists, operational leaders, and technology partners while helping shape the future of analytics and automation capabilities across the business.
