Our Marketing & Member Date Analyst serves as the central data engine and strategic advisor for marketing, member experience, and institutional growth. This high-impact role blends quantitative data engineering (SQL querying, audience file generation, dashboard design) with qualitative member journey analytics (survey sentiment, engagement drivers). The analyst translates complex metrics into clear narrative strategies, presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership to address root causes and optimize institutional ROI.
Experience
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Advanced SQL Mastery: Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize complex multi-table joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions against enterprise relational databases. BI & Data Modeling Expertise: Demonstrated experience building end-to-end data models and dashboards in Power BI (including DAX and data shaping) or Tableau. Statistical Scripting: Working knowledge or active application of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) for data manipulation, process automation, and predictive modeling. Preferred Domain Knowledge: Direct experience with core financial processing systems (e.g., Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Corelation Keystone, Fiserv) and MCIF/CRM platforms. Familiarity with member survey/experience platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, MemberXP) and integrating survey sentiment with transactional datasets.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
A bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent quantitative discipline/ work experience. [3–5+ years querying complex databases, engineering marketing/member audience files, and building enterprise reporting solutions, ideally within financial services (Banks or Credit Unions) or data-intensive consumer industries].
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
Other Skills
Strong analytical spreadsheet and communication skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, new product development, packaging design, competitive analysis, consumer promotion, advertising media and copy, scan data analysis. Familiarity with MCIF systems, CD-ROM directories and market data on disc, survey research and statistical analysis software, mapping software, market research directories and online data services.

Starting Range: $63,911.72 - $71,611.93
Full Range: $61,601.65 - $92,402.48
Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work for long periods of time with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely sustain repetitive motion while using computer keyboard for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.

Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
