GAINSCO is seeking Data Analyst III to lead complex, cross-functional analyses that inform business decisions across Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. As a senior member of the Data and Analytics team, you will turn complex data and ambiguous business questions into clear insights, recommendations, and trusted reporting solutions. This role combines advanced analytics, data product development, business partnership, and mentorship. You will lead analytical projects from discovery through delivery, develop reusable datasets and certified reporting assets, and help establish high standards for analytical quality across the team..
