– Assist in building and updating reports and dashboards for the team and program stakeholders.

– Pull data from different sources and help maintain the reporting environment, including data sources and metadata, under the guidance of senior analysts.

– Support efforts to keep data accurate and consistent across systems, including data integrity and normalization work.

– Handle confidential and sensitive data carefully and follow all data handling guidelines.

– Help translate reporting requirements into clear terms and explain results to non-technical audiences.

– Support end users by answering questions and helping them use new reports and dashboards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

– A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, information systems, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

– Comfort working in Excel and a genuine interest in working with data day to day.

– Some exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI through coursework, projects, internships, or work.

– Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.

– The ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance, which requires U.S. work authorization.

NICE TO HAVE

– Hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

– Interest in or prior exposure to federal or government work.
