What you will do

• Ensure workforce data is accurate, reconciled and ready for reporting by managing recurring data preparation and quality processes.

• Support month-end data ingestion activities across multiple P&C systems, monitoring pipelines, resolving issues and completing control checks.

• Maintain and enhance data connections, workforce datasets and data models within Microsoft Fabric to support trusted analytics and reporting.

• Standardise data definitions, business rules and workforce metrics to improve consistency across the P&C function.

• Document data architecture, processes and reporting methodologies while translating technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Experience working with workforce data, reporting, analytics or data engineering concepts, supported by strong SQL, Python and data modelling skills.

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, data ingestion pipelines and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded.

• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, automation and the practical application of emerging technologies and AI.

• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while demonstrating the Group Principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Delivery.
