You will work with various datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business stakeholders. Collaborate with departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business goals. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business initiatives and projects. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
