Data Analyst

You'll own analytics for an entire national business unit end-to-end, working directly with the Lead Data Scientist who owns the full Canadian data stack, plus national and international business leaders. You'll get broad exposure across growth, product, finance, and operations while collaborating closely with a more mature US analytics team. You'll build and maintain dashboards and reporting, support experimentation from design through interpretation, own cohort and retention analytics for the subscription business, write SQL directly against BigQuery, and pitch in on light data engineering work in Dataform to keep pipelines and data models healthy. You'll partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Finance, and Care/Ops stakeholders to translate business questions into metrics and analyses, and you'll think systematically about why metrics matter, not just what the numbers are.
