A real focus on people and intelligence.
These values that genuinely mean something at this 23-person specialist Data, AI & Cloud consultancy in Amsterdam.
They're led by inspiring owners with strong development backgrounds themselves. They understand engineers, understand the technology and have created a collaborative environment where people have a voice.
They're also increasingly sought after for their expertise — bringing exciting new customer projects, real business growth and plenty of opportunity for the people joining them.
And now they're looking for a few Senior or Lead Data & AI Engineers.
You'll work hands‑on across Data, Cloud & AI, taking solutions from idea through to production:
Their mission is to unlock the real value of data through an intelligent ecosystem — combining Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data Science & AI to turn raw data into real business impact.
And you won't be hidden behind a backlog.
You'll talk directly to customers, understand their challenges, challenge ideas and help design and build the solution.
You're probably already a experienced Dutch Data Engineer, AI Engineer or ML Engineer with around 5 or more years' experience.
Maybe you're already building GenAI solutions. Or perhaps you're a strong Azure Data Engineer moving deeper into AI.
Either way, you're curious, hands‑on and want to understand why you're building something — not just how.
Small team. Technical leadership. Modern Azure & AI stack. Direct customer impact. Real ownership. And the opportunity to grow with a consultancy that's going places.
