Cybersecurity Architect on the Windows Platform Team of Motorola Solutions' DIMETRA Engineering in Kraków, securing the TETRA mission-critical communication system. Day to day: threat modeling, secure architecture and communication protocols, aligning the platform with standards (CRA, NIST, STIGs, BSI), and managing vulnerability and supply-chain risks while steering security-focused professionals
DIMETRA Engineering department delivers the Mission Critical Communication System starting from the definition of system requirements via implementation and customer support. TOGETHER WE CREATE AND OWN THE BEST TETRA SYSTEM AND SHAPE ITS FUTURE. We are looking for professionals who will join our Windows Platform Team.
- Security Expertise: Expert-level knowledge across cybersecurity fields, threat modeling, architectures, and secure communication protocols.
- Compliance & Standards: 3 years experience aligning complex software platforms with security standards such as CRA, STIGs, NIST, BSI etc.
- Domain Knowledge: Required knowledge in LMR/Communication Networks Infrastructure.
- Vulnerability & Risk Management: Experience managing software vulnerability lifecycles and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong collaboration skills and ability to act as a key stakeholder and steer a network of security-focused professionals.
Would be a plus:
- Communication System Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Application Servers, communication protocols and security features.
- Champion Background: Prior experience serving as a Product Security Champion or leading decentralized security champion programs.
