Six-month contract Project Manager leading cyber security delivery (privileged access management, certificate lifecycle management, penetration testing) for a major financial institution, hybrid in London. Day to day: building plans, managing vendors and stakeholders, maintaining RAID logs and governance, using MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

Requirements:- 5+ years of project management experience in financial services
- Solid grounding in cyber security principles, risk management, and financial services regulation
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors
- Confidence using MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Delivery experience with CyberArk and/or Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) is desirable
- Experience running penetration testing programmes is desirable
- Lead cyber security projects across multiple workstreams, aligned with business objectives and governance standards
- Build and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, resources, and dependencies
- Work with technology, security, risk, compliance, and business teams, as well as third-party vendors
- Track progress, flag risks and issues early, and manage mitigation and escalation
- Maintain governance artefacts, including RAID logs, status reports, budget forecasts, and steering committee materials
- Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and handover to support
- Report clearly to stakeholders and senior management
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic security programmes, including privileged access management, Certificate Lifecycle Management, and a penetration testing programme, aligned with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and information security standards
