Customer Support Specialist - International Markets

ABOUT US

Europe is changing. More and more people are choosing freedom — as freelancers, self-employed workers, or entrepreneurs. They decide when, how, and with whom they work. But that freedom comes with a downside: uncertainty.

At Insify, we believe entrepreneurs shouldn't have to worry about insurance. That's why we're building something the insurance world desperately needs: transparent, fair, and fully digital insurance, designed specifically for people who work for themselves. No complicated paperwork, no hassle. Sorted today, covered tomorrow.

We now insure thousands of customers across Europe — and we're just getting started.

We are the face of Insify. With every call, every email, and every conversation, we build trust. We make sure customers feel heard, supported, and well taken care of — even when things get complicated. Speed and quality go hand in hand, and we continuously improve based on what we learn. With a growing team and expansion into multiple European countries, you play a direct role in something that makes a real impact.

• Customer contact. You answer questions via phone, email, and chat. You explain complex insurance policies in a way customers actually understand.
• Onboarding. You guide new customers through the process so they're insured within 2 minutes — smooth, accurate, and personal.
• Spot patterns. Noticing the same question coming up from customers? You flag it, work with the team, and help us improve the product for that market.
• Administration. You keep customer data up to date, process policy changes, and never lose track of deadlines.

• Fluent in English — written and spoken. Additional European languages are a big plus (we'd love to hear which ones you speak in your application).
• You're organised, switch easily between tasks, and never miss a deadline.
• You have a genuine customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people, even when it's not straightforward.
• Entrepreneurial by nature — you thrive in a scale-up where not everything is figured out yet, and that excites rather than frustrates you.
• Willing to obtain a relevant certification as part of your professional development. We pay for it and guide you through it.

• 💰 Competitive salary — between €35,000 and €45,000 (including holiday allowance) and 6% pension contribution.
• 🏖️ 25 vacation days — plus an extra day off on Christmas Eve if it falls on a working day.
• 🏠 Hybrid working — two days working from home once you're fully onboarded.
• 🚆 Travel reimbursement — we help with your commute.
• 🎯 €50 net per month via Alleo — save it up and spend it however you like, from gym membership to UberEats.
• 💻 Company MacBook — so you can always work quickly and efficiently.
• 🎉 Real team culture — monthly drinks, quarterly outings, lunch & learns, and more.
• 📈 Room to grow — at Insify, you grow with the company. For the right person, this is much more than just another job.
