What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, including handling customer requests received via electronic channels.
- Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues reported by users of our cloud platform.
- Delivering technical support for cloud solutions provided in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Communicating with users and assisting them in resolving reported issues.
- Actively participating in IT projects delivered by CloudFerro, including internal initiatives.
- Testing new technical solutions in environments that mirror customers’ production environments.
- Supporting customer satisfaction assessment activities.
- Providing internal technical support to company employees.
- Creating instructions, procedures, and supporting materials for internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions.
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
- Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain new experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a technical support team.
- Experience administering Linux, Windows, or macOS systems.
- Knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, or Atlassian Jira administration.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
- Working proficiency in German or French.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days per week from our Warsaw office.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Depending on the team's schedule, shift work may also be required between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
