Customer Success Manager - Spanish & English-speaking - Hotel Tech B2B SaaS

Hi there! 👋 I'm Mélody, and I lead Customer Success at MeetingPackage. I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join our lovely team of 6 (soon to be 8) in Spain or Finland.

We believe hotel teams deserve technology that works as hard as they do, and we're re-engineering how the world meets to make that happen and turning the platform into real outcomes for every venue team. This is where you come in. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be our customers' primary point of contact, owning the end-to-end relationship, building trust and helping them hit their targets to drive retention and long-term value.

In this role, you will...

• own a portfolio of hotel and venue customers end to end as their strategic partner. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing customers to drive retention, renewal and long-term account growth. Read more about our customers here.
• help customers hit their Meetings & Events goals with MeetingPackage. You'll understand their objectives, build success plans and follow up on the results.
• spot signals before they become problems. You'll track usage and engagement, catch adoption gaps or churn risks early, and step in with ideas that add value. You won't wait for customers to come to you.
• grow your accounts. You'll find and close upsell and expansion opportunities, like new modules, venues and properties. You'll also demo new features, build proposals and own your forecast. Learn more about our product updates.
• run regular, data-driven business reviews with your champions and decision-makers to cover adoption, performance and ROI, and align on priorities and our roadmap.
• make AI part of how you deliver value. You'll use AI daily to prep business reviews, spot account risks and draft follow-ups, and help shape how our Customer Success team works with it.
• take over smoothly from our Implementation team after go-live, so each new customer moves quickly from onboarding to value.
• collaborate closely with internal teams, e.g. our product and marketing teams, to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You'll feel at home if you...

• have +2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or similar roles ideally in Group & Meeting roles in the hotel industry, or in the hospitality tech industry.
• are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
• are able to build rapport and credibility with customers
• enjoy working in a diverse environment where ownership, trust, and collaboration are expected from everyone.
• are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tool), Slack, Gmail, and other relevant platforms.
• treat AI as part of how you work, not an add-on. Whether it's Claude, Gemini or whatever launched last week, you already use it daily to work faster and smarter, so you can spend more time where it matters most: with your customers.

• communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• are based in Spain with a valid work permit.
