This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

Job Description:

Your goal is to proactively guide customers throughout their journey with HPE, minimising operational risk, maximising service availability, and ensuring that they get the best returns on their investment in HPE’s products and services.

To foster meaningful relationships and become a trusted advisor, you will regularly meet with your customers face to face. HPE’s best in class services portfolio will give these meetings structure and governance that will allow you to identify network strengths and weaknesses, and to plan accordingly.

Internally you will partner with HPE sales teams to understand business objectives, project priorities, and consumption outcomes; orchestrating the adoption of our technology and simplifying operations to optimize the customers experience with HPE's portfolio. Our aim is to maintain lasting engagements with our customers by supporting refresh cycles and network evolution.

You will be part of the EMEA Enterprise Services team, working in the Northwest Europe region with responsibility for the Nordics. Your peers in the services team will be your immediate support network; you will be able to work with them on service improvement initiatives and the deployment of tools/processes that simplify service delivery.

What you need to have :

• An appreciation of networking ; routing, switching and wireless expertise will be key although this is not a deeply technical role

• Proven track record in supporting network solutions with multinational customers, with minimum 5 years of experience would be preferable

• Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams across matrixed work environments

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building, partnering and leadership skills. Our services are delivered in English

• Fluency in Swedish language or in any other language from the Nordics region will be nice to have

• Demonstrate agility, handle conflicting priorities multi-tasking if needed

• Mindful of regional and global, strategic goals, while facilitating local improvements.

• Outstanding teammate, customer facing and results oriented

• Must be willing and able to travel as required to meet business and customer demands

What we would love you to have :

• Experience of wireless technology deployed at scale

• Experience in an Ops role, an appreciation of the challenges that are intrinsic to managing a live customer network

• ITIL or other industry certification is desirable
