Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, this is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on driving customer engagement, product adoption, and sustainable revenue growth. You'll manage a portfolio of local and newly acquired high value customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their sourcing needs and delivering best-fit solutions that drive product adoption and long-term retention;
• Manage a portfolio of existing and newly onboarded high-value accounts, including face-to-face and virtual account reviews and personalized onboarding for newly acquired global customers;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Marketing — locally and across APAC;
• Use data and insights to craft and execute quarterly engagement plans that influence behavioural change and drive measurable business outcomes; and
• Identify opportunities for package upgrades and cross-product adoption to support sustainable revenue growth.

• Proven experience managing local and global customer relationships in a consultative, fast-paced environment — including face-to-face meetings, product walkthroughs, and virtual training;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive behavioural change across all channels;
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) and proficiency in MS Office applications;
• A naturally positive, self-motivated, and customer-obsessed mindset — with the resilience and grit to go the extra mile; and
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools such as Tableau is an advantage.
