Your Role: Create an Exceptional Client Experience

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll be an important point of contact for individuals and families seeking information about available benefits.

Rather than simply answering calls or processing transactions, you'll build relationships and help clients understand important financial protection decisions.

🤝 Customer Care & Relationship Management

Your day may include:

• Meeting with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connecting with individuals interested in learning about available benefits

• Listening to client questions, concerns, and priorities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Explaining information in clear, easy-to-understand language

• Following up with prospective and existing clients

• Assisting with applicable policy-service requests

• Helping with beneficiary-related updates

• Maintaining accurate digital records

• Managing scheduled appointments and follow-up activities

• Building lasting relationships through dependable service

Our goal is to make every client interaction professional, educational, helpful, and personal.

🛡️ Help Families Understand Their Benefits

Once appropriately licensed, you'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting virtual benefit consultations

• Identifying individual and family protection needs

• Explaining coverage features and available options

• Answering questions about benefits

• Presenting solutions based on client needs

• Assisting eligible clients with applications

• Guiding clients through enrollment

• Completing required documentation

• Assisting with beneficiary information

• Conducting applicable policy reviews

• Providing continued service after enrollment

Our approach is educational and relationship-focused.

The goal is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions—not rely on high-pressure sales tactics.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities Provided

One of the biggest challenges in many sales careers is finding people to talk to.

Our representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in receiving information regarding available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

Your focus can remain on:

Connecting → Listening → Educating → Recommending → Enrolling → Supporting

💰 Weekly Commission-Based Compensation

Because job titles containing “customer service” can sometimes imply an hourly position, we want applicants to understand the compensation structure clearly.

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. It is not a guaranteed hourly or salaried CSR position.

Compensation opportunities may include:

• Weekly commission payments

• Performance-based bonuses

• Renewal income

• Residual income opportunities

• Leadership compensation for qualifying representatives

• Performance recognition and incentives

• Additional advancement opportunities

Uncapped Earning Potential

Your earning potential is based on your activity, consistency, production, and results rather than a predetermined hourly wage.

There is no fixed income ceiling; however, individual earnings vary and income is not guaranteed.

🏠 Your Office Is Home

Skip the commute and build your career virtually.

Your work environment may include:

• Scheduled Zoom consultations

• Client phone calls

• Digital applications

• Online enrollment systems

• Virtual training

• Team meetings

• One-on-one coaching

• Professional-development workshops

• Client follow-up and service

You'll work independently while remaining connected to an active virtual team.

⏰ Flexibility With Accountability

Remote work offers flexibility, but success still requires consistency.

You'll have the opportunity to organize your schedule around your goals while remaining accountable for:

• Client appointments

• Follow-up

• Training

• Professional development

• Client service

• Personal performance goals

This environment can be especially rewarding for self-motivated professionals who value independence and control over their workday.

📚 Changing Careers? Your Experience May Already Fit.

You don't need an insurance background to bring valuable experience to this role.

If you've ever:

• Helped an upset customer find a solution

• Explained something complicated in simple terms

• Managed multiple appointments or priorities

• Built relationships with customers or clients

• Worked toward performance goals

• Followed up consistently

• Trained or supported coworkers

• Worked independently without constant supervision

—you may already have skills that transfer well.

We can teach insurance products and systems.

We're looking for people who bring communication, professionalism, dependability, empathy, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

🎓 Training & Professional Development

Training may include:

• Structured virtual onboarding

• Product and benefits education

• Customer-service development

• Communication techniques

• Client relationship management

• Consultative sales training

• Virtual presentation skills

• Digital enrollment systems

• Application procedures

• Weekly coaching

• One-on-one mentorship

• Leadership development

• Ongoing professional education

No previous insurance experience is required to apply.

📋 Insurance Licensing

You do not need to already have an insurance license when you apply.

Because representatives discuss and enroll clients in insurance products, you must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities that require licensure.

Licensing guidance and support are provided to help candidates understand and navigate the process.

❤️ Professional Support & Additional Opportunities

Eligible and qualifying representatives may have access to:

• Medical insurance reimbursement opportunities

• Company-supported life insurance

• Accidental Death Benefit coverage

• OPEIU Local 277 representation where applicable

• Renewal and residual income opportunities

• Professional coaching

• Leadership mentorship

• Virtual business technology and tools

• Career-development resources

Eligibility, qualification periods, production requirements, and other applicable conditions may apply.

✈️ Performance Recognition

Qualifying representatives may also have opportunities to earn:

• Company-sponsored incentive travel

• Leadership conferences and conventions

• Achievement awards

• Performance contests

• Professional-development experiences

• Team recognition

• Additional performance incentives

📈 Start in Client Service. Grow Into Leadership.

For individuals interested in professional advancement, this opportunity can develop beyond personal client service.

A potential career path may include:

Client Success Specialist → Benefits Representative → Trainer/Mentor → Team Leader → Management → Advanced Leadership

Leadership development can include:

• Coaching and mentorship

• Recruiting and interviewing

• Team development

• Communication and presentation skills

• Performance management

• Business development

• Leadership training

Advancement is performance-based rather than determined simply by seniority.
