Summary:

This position generates and disperses customer invoices, adjustments and reports daily. Provides supporting documentation to the customer. Fields and troubleshoots shipping and service issues as they arise and supports the Sales Team when needed.

Essential functions:

• Process, reconcile and disperse invoices and credit/debit invoices accurately.
• Provides daily, monthly and annual reports to management.
• Organizes and maintains Sales Document Retention program.
• Maintains department digital files through current scanning program.
• Field customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve billing and freight related inquiries.
• Process customer orders.
• Facilitate the coordination of orders to be shipped with the warehouse personnel.
• Expedite orders and shipments.
• Develop commodity item RFQ’s using published pricing schedules and applicable customer discounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
