Position Summary
The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, participants, and customers. This role manages customer information, coordinates documentation, facilitates system setup, and works closely with operational teams to ensure new customers are successfully transitioned into service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer records and documentation.
- Transfer customer information across systems and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth service commencement.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues affecting timelines.
- Prepare onboarding reports and maintain tracking tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, customer service, operations, shared services, or onboarding functions.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
