Customer Care Provider – Customer Service Specialist

Great Customer Experiences Start with Great People

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and making sure customers have a great experience? Pneu-Dart is looking for a Customer Care Provider (CCP) to join our team and become an important connection between our customers and our company.

This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll learn our products, build relationships with customers, collaborate with team members across the company, and have opportunities to represent Pneu-Dart at industry events and trade shows throughout the year.

A Career That Works with Your Life

⭐ No Nights or Weekends – Enjoy a dependable Monday–Friday schedule and keep your evenings and weekends for you.
⭐ A Team-Oriented Culture – We're a family-oriented company that values collaboration, communication, and people who genuinely care about the work they do.
⭐ Friday Team Appreciation Lunches – It's one of the ways we bring our team together and show our appreciation each week.
⭐ Opportunities to Travel – Periodically represent Pneu-Dart at trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and other industry activities throughout the year.

What You'll Do
Pneu-Dart is a leading global manufacturer of Remote Delivery Systems, providing American-made products to veterinarians, livestock producers, wildlife professionals, zoos, conservation organizations, and other animal-care professionals around the world.

As a Customer Care Provider, you'll help ensure our customers receive the knowledgeable, responsive, and professional support they expect from Pneu-Dart. You'll answer questions, assist with customer needs, coordinate information, and work with other members of our team to create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

You'll also become knowledgeable about Pneu-Dart products and serve as an ambassador for our brand—both from our Pennsylvania headquarters and while representing the company at select events throughout the year.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, pays attention to details, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You should be comfortable working directly with customers, collaborating with a team, learning new products, and occasionally traveling on behalf of the company.

If you're dependable, personable, organized, and enjoy helping people, Pneu-Dart may be the place for you.

Our facility is located in Barbours, Pennsylvania, approximately 15 miles outside of Williamsport.
