CRM Marketing Intern

About Job

Working closely with the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team, you will support how StashAway communicates with customers across different stages of their journey.

You will help plan and execute campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages and WhatsApp, while using customer data and campaign results to understand what works and what can be improved.

You will also support customer lifecycle journeys across our markets, helping us improve engagement, retention and customer value over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute CRM campaigns and customer journeys

• Support the planning, setup and launch of CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages and WhatsApp.

• Help manage the CRM campaign calendar and make sure communications are launched accurately and on time.

• Build and manage customer segments based on campaign and journey needs.

• Support the setup and improvement of automated customer journeys across different stages of the customer lifecycle.

• Help adapt campaigns and journeys for different markets.

2. Test and improve our communications

• Plan and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, creative, timing and calls-to-action.

• Track campaign and journey performance to understand what is working and what can be improved.

• Help identify patterns from campaign results and turn them into recommendations for future communications.

• Keep a record of tests and key learnings so the team can build on what has worked before.

3. Work with data and different teams

• Track CRM metrics such as opens, clicks, conversions, engagement, retention and funding behaviour.

• Help prepare campaign reports and share key findings with the team.

• Work with teams across Marketing, Product, Investments, Design and Business Intelligence to coordinate campaigns and customer communications.

• Maintain campaign calendars, documentation and CRM processes.

What you will develop

• CRM campaign execution: Learn how to plan, build and manage campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

• Lifecycle marketing: Understand how customer journeys, segmentation and triggers are used to engage customers at different stages.

• Experimentation: Learn how to structure A/B tests, measure results and separate useful signals from noise.

• CRM tools: Gain hands-on experience with MoEngage and understand how CRM platforms are used to build campaigns and journeys.

• Performance analysis: Learn how to read campaign results and connect CRM activity to outcomes such as engagement, retention and funding.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with different teams across Marketing, Product, Investments, Design and Business Intelligence.

• Curious: You like understanding why people behave the way they do and why one approach works better than another.

• Comfortable with numbers: You do not need to be a data expert, but you should be comfortable looking at basic metrics and campaign results.

• Detail-oriented: You check your work carefully and care about getting things right.

• Proactive: You are willing to ask questions, learn new tools and take initiative.

• Collaborative: You are comfortable working with different teams and open to feedback.

• Interested in marketing: An interest in digital marketing, customer behaviour, investing or financial markets is a plus, but not required.
