CRM Manager - Global Customer Lifecycle Communication

【About the role】

Tomofun is looking for a CRM Manager for Global Customer Lifecycle Communication to lead key lifecycle growth pillars and design the systems, decision frameworks, and experimentation strategy that drive long-term customer value.

You'll bring advanced expertise in customer engagement and CDP platforms such as Braze, Amplitude, and Mixpanel, with a proven track record of building and optimizing sophisticated lifecycle programs. Beyond execution, you'll define how Lifecycle operates globally—partnering with Product, Data, Growth, and Regional Marketing to design intelligent lifecycle systems that scale personalisation, experimentation, automation, and AI-powered workflows.

【 What you'll do 】

As the CRM Manager, you'll own strategic lifecycle initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and long-term customer value across the customer journey.

• Own the lifecycle strategy for major AARRR pillars, defining long-term lifecycle initiatives, decision frameworks, and success metrics across engagement, retention, upgrades, advocacy, and win-back.

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Data, and Growth to define behavioral signals and intervention logic (at-risk, upgrade-ready, inactive, high-intent) that power predictive lifecycle decisions.

• Design scalable lifecycle playbooks, automation frameworks, and reusable journey patterns that enable consistent execution across global markets.

• Establish lifecycle measurement frameworks that define how experimentation success is evaluated across channels, markets, and lifecycle programs.

• Influence Product and Growth roadmap decisions by identifying lifecycle opportunities that improve long-term customer value.

• Develop deep customer understanding across regions, languages, and segments to shape lifecycle strategy and community engagement programs.

• Build and scale advocacy programs that increase reviews, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.

• Guide regional lifecycle strategy, enabling local experimentation while maintaining globally consistent lifecycle systems and decision frameworks.

【 Who you are 】

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a consumer subscription business, with a proven track record of owning strategic lifecycle initiatives end-to-end.

• Advanced expertise with customer engagement and CDP platforms such as Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and modern marketing automation tools, with experience building scalable lifecycle systems and always-on journeys.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer behavior into behavioral signals, decision frameworks, and measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience designing and leading lifecycle experimentation strategies, including A/B testing frameworks, success metrics, and prioritization of high-impact opportunities.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, campaign optimization, analysis, and operational efficiency at scale.

• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data, Growth, Engineering, and Regional Marketing to shape lifecycle roadmaps and customer experience improvements.

• Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills, with a focus on initiatives that create the greatest long-term customer and business impact.

• A customer-centric mindset with experience mentoring others, elevating lifecycle best practices, and driving consistency across global markets.
