About us
Lime Vizio is an eCommerce company operating floral and gifting brands across the US and Canada. We’re looking for a CRM Email Marketing Manager to turn our customer base into a consistent source of repeat purchases and profitable growth.
About the role
You will own CRM and email marketing strategy, from identifying growth opportunities and planning customer journeys to evaluating results and driving improvements.
Your focus will be increasing retention, customer lifetime value, and revenue through relevant campaigns, segmentation, and automated lifecycle communications. You should be comfortable setting priorities independently and turning customer data into clear marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities
Develop and own the CRM and email marketing roadmap aligned with business goals, customer behavior, and seasonal demand.
Build customer segments based on purchase history, engagement, lifecycle stage, and buying occasions.
Plan and improve lifecycle journeys, including welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, repeat purchase, occasion reminders, and win-back flows.
Own the email campaign calendar, audience selection, messaging direction, offers, and performance.
Maintain a prioritized testing backlog covering segmentation, offers, content, timing, frequency, and customer journeys.
Run structured A/B tests, document findings, and turn results into actionable decisions.
Track CRM revenue, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, and the contribution of automated flows.
Explain performance changes through campaign, flow, segment, and cohort analysis.
Protect deliverability and customer trust through list hygiene, relevant communications, and monitoring of complaints and unsubscribes.
Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and automation accurately and on time.
Proactively identify opportunities, flag risks, and recommend next steps.

What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing within eCommerce.
Strong understanding of retention, customer journeys, segmentation, and commercial marketing principles.
Proven examples of improving repeat purchases, CRM revenue, or customer lifetime value.
Ability to interpret campaign and customer data, assess attribution limitations, and distinguish meaningful improvements from surface-level metrics.
Experience designing A/B tests and applying the findings to future decisions.
Sound commercial judgment: balancing revenue, margins, promotional intensity, and customer fatigue.
Ability to write clear briefs and evaluate messaging, offers, and calls to action.
Ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to move work forward without constant direction.
Experience with a specific CRM or email platform is not a prerequisite. Strong marketing judgment, CRM expertise, and the ability to work effectively with technical implementation support matter most.

What success looks like
CRM delivers measurable growth in repeat purchases and profitable customer revenue.
Automated journeys generate a meaningful, growing contribution to CRM performance.
Testing consistently produces useful insights and informs priorities.
Reporting clearly explains results, their drivers, and recommended actions.
Revenue growth is supported by healthy deliverability and customer engagement.
You independently manage the CRM roadmap and take responsibility for agreed outcomes.
