About the role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to deliver HubSpot CRM and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.

You'll manage projects from discovery and planning through to implementation, go-live and transition into support. Working closely with clients and cross-functional delivery teams, you'll provide the structure, coordination and leadership needed to deliver successful outcomes.

This is a hands-on project delivery role where you'll build strong client relationships, navigate complexity and keep projects moving with a focus on quality, collaboration and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Deliver HubSpot CRM and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients from discovery through to go-live.

• Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks and reporting to keep projects on track.

• Build trusted client relationships and facilitate project workshops, status meetings and stakeholder engagement.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, solution architecture, development, data and change.

• Manage project scope, dependencies and change to ensure successful delivery.

• Champion high-quality customer outcomes while contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery practices.

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering technology, CRM, SaaS or digital transformation projects.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication.

• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex projects.

• Excellent communication, organisation and facilitation skills.

• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience delivering HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM projects.

• Experience working within a technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services environment.

• Exposure to marketing automation, customer data platforms or enterprise systems integrations.
