About Passionfroot

Creator-led growth is one of the fastest-growing channels in B2B - we're building the infrastructure behind it.

Passionfroot is the leading platform where modern companies scale creator-led growth, and where top creators manage and monetize brand partnerships.

Our customers are some of the most ambitious, fastest-moving companies in the world - Replit, Figma, Framer, LumaAI, Gamma, Airtable - companies that set the standard for what modern growth looks like. We help them run high-impact creator programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and more.

We're growing 13x in revenue year over year, profitable, and just closed our Series A round! We are backed by leading investors including Insight Partners, Creandum, Supernode and founders and operators from Cursor, Anthropic, n8n and more. We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started.

About the role

Passionfroot exists to empower creators to go after their passion - to turn what they love into a real business.

Today, we work with thousands of creators: LinkedIn thought leaders, YouTube educators, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, and a new generation of B2B creators who are reshaping how companies reach their audiences. These aren't traditional influencers - they're founders, operators, AI researchers, engineers, marketers, and subject-matter experts who have built trusted audiences around real expertise. Our creator community includes some of the most influential voices in business, technology, and education, including creators such as Elena Verna, Marina Mogilko, and Zain Kahn.

As our Creator Partnership Manager, your job is to find and onboard the best creators for the best B2B tech brands in the world. You'll build the sourcing pipeline, run a great onboarding experience, and turn what works into repeatable systems so we can keep scaling creator supply as the company grows.

You'll work closely with growth, ops, and the campaign team, with plenty of room to shape how this function runs day to day.

Find great creators

Identify and reach exceptional creators for our B2B tech customers - across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and emerging platforms. You'll build a strong sense for what makes a creator a fit for B2B tech brands, spot promising creators early, and develop relationships with creator communities and agencies to keep the pipeline full.

Onboard them brilliantly

Get creators from first contact to their first paid partnership as smoothly as possible. You'll design and run onboarding flows that remove friction, answer questions fast, and set creators up to succeed on the platform from day one.
