Creative Producer - Paid Social

Hey you,

Since you’ve ended up on this page, it must mean that you are interested in potentially working at Estrid! We are so honored. Let us take you through what this role and working with us could look like.

The long story short:

We won’t lie - this is not your average company. We are a group of dreamers and doers, on a mission to create one of the world’s greatest consumer brands. In these past years, we´ve done more than most thought possible and have established ourselves as an outlier consumer case. But to be honest, we see this as only the beginning - and we would like you to join us in building the rest.

Your purpose & impact:

As a Creative Producer you will play a key role in driving Estrid’s growth through world-class creative execution. You’ll edit and iterate creatives, constantly testing new hooks, angles and formats to discover what truly converts. This isn’t a behind-the-desk role only: you’ll film content yourself, often be the one in front of the camera, and bring your own ideas every week.

You will get to work with a highly skilled and ambitious creative team at the core of our growth engine, where your output directly impacts how millions of people experience the brand. Through creating, delivering, learning and improving every week, you’ll help ensure that we remain on track to building one of the world’s most impactful brands, all categories.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Produce high-performing ad creatives (video + static)
• Film content yourself, from product shots to full ads
• Step in front of the camera for talking-to-camera ads and UGC-style content
• Turn briefs into assets and edit fast variations
• Pitch your own ideas and concepts every week, not just execute briefs
• Keep a constant eye on what’s working on the market (competitors, other categories, other countries) and turn it into ads that feel like Estrid
• Repurpose winners into new formats
• Dig into the data behind every ad, understand why it worked (or didn’t), and use that in the next batch
• Work closely with the growth and creative teams
• Constantly improve what converts

We think that you:

• Have experience of filming and editing ads for Meta/TikTok
• Are a creator at heart
• Are comfortable (and ideally love being) in front of the camera
• Are confident shooting content yourself, whether on a camera or a phone
• Have a passion for hooks, pacing, and scroll psychology
• Never run out of ideas, and are always watching other people’s ads to find the next one
• Are interested in results (not just aesthetics)
• Want to understand our customer deeply, and read comments and reviews to know what really makes her want Estrid
• Enjoy producing a variety of content and learning from what works

It’s a bonus if you speak German, Polish, Spanish, French or Italian.

Environment you thrive in:
The Estrid culture isn’t just a collection of inspiring quotes we pin to our walls - it’s the foundation on which everything we do is built. The behavior of every person matters. Some of our values: Speed, Stay Hungry, High Standards, and Keep It Simple.

What you’ll get:
You will play an extremely important role in taking this brand to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond in your work. In turn, you will be joining an incredible company and a small team at an early stage where everything you do will have a huge impact. For the right person, there are great opportunities to develop and grow together with Estrid. The position is based at our office in Stockholm City. We work from the office five days a week, because we believe we build faster and better together.

Office & Colleagues:
We’re a driven and ambitious team with offices in Stockholm and London. We’re now around 70 full-time employees, one third of which have international backgrounds. Our corporate language is English.
