• Lead risk identification, issue management, authority engagement, and escalation for trade compliance matters, ensuring risks, licensing topics, and mitigation actions are clearly communicated to business leaders and trade compliance leadership.
• Manage and contribute to trade compliance projects, including process improvements, audit remediation, regulatory change implementation, licensing workflows, authority interactions, and the optimization of tools and automation such as SAP GTS.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and other stakeholders to embed trade compliance into daily operations and business decisions.
• Support local management in understanding the business impact of regulatory changes, audit findings, operational risks, and required mitigation plans, ensuring timely follow-up and sustainable implementation.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Degree in trade, law, economics, international relations/business, or a related field (graduate or postgraduate required; EU legal qualification or international trade background preferred)
• Proven experience engaging and collaborating with the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP), including export licensing, authority communication, and follow-up on strategic product matters.
