• Ability to built and coach a small team up to 3-5 Partner Success Managers

• Knowledge of the Swiss Dynamics market and an existing local network are strong advantages.

• Fluent German and English.

This is a remote role, however to build relationships we see you being based in Switzerland, Germany or Austria, provided you can be regularly present in the Swiss market.

What we offer

• Ownership of building and growing Companial’s Swiss business.

• Work remote and build your own team.

• Significant freedom to shape the local commercial strategy.

• Your own budget for local commercial and marketing initiatives.

• Support from our DACH and central marketing teams.

• Regular collaboration with the wider DACH team.

• Face to face partner meetings in Switzerland approximately two to four times per month.

• International Companial meetings several times per year.

Companial combines Dutch roots with a highly international organisation and a strong position within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

In Switzerland, the foundation is already there. Now we are looking for someone who can build on it, open new doors and turn Switzerland into a significantly bigger market for Companial.
