Req. Story

The Wilson “Bio NC” project is a high-profile, multi-billion dollar investment for Johnson & Johnson. It is a multi-building program that includes: production, central utilities (CUB), laboratories, warehouse, and significant site infrastructure

Accurate cost forecasting is critical to success. As current costs are misaligned with financial milestones, J&J is bringing in 4 new resources to realign real costs with projected forecasts by conducting field verification. All 4 resources will provide field verification (critical).

This Cost Support role will focus on validating commitments and actuals, reconciling discrepancies, and improving forecast accuracy. By restoring trust in cost data, this role helps leadership make informed decisions, avoid overruns, and keep the project on track for its budget and delivery.
