Corporate Communications Director

As Corporate Communications Principal Director, you will be a senior, high-impact individual contributor at the center of how Gong tells its story to the world. Partnering closely with the Head of Corporate Communications, Social & AR, you will be a strategic thought partner and own the execution of corporate communications, executive positioning, and crisis management.

This is a role for a builder and a doer — someone equally comfortable drafting a CEO op-ed, managing a fast-moving media crisis, and coaching executives on message discipline, all in the same week. You will work directly with Gong's leadership team and be a trusted voice in decisions that shape company reputation at scale.
