Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds’ strategic goals.
Performance review: Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions.
Strategic collaboration: Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies.
Performance analysis: Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
