[CONTRACT TO PERM] Human Resource Executive (HRBP) #HZTS

Summary
You are expected to work closely with various stakeholders to support HR programmes and initiatives across talent acquisition, manpower planning, learning and development, employee engagement and HR operations.
Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: Support Clinical Leads in identifying medical staffing requirements and lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, scheduling, candidate management, offer administration, and onboarding).
• Capability & Leadership Development: Administer the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP), fellowships, and leadership development initiatives tailored for medical staff.
• HR Business Partnering & Operations: Provide daily operational guidance, interpret and apply HR policies, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Strategic Initiatives & Projects: Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to rollout organizational projects, refine HR workflows, and support ad-hoc initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience is advantageous
