Qualifications
- Degree in IT Engineering or other related disciplines with 4 years’ experience in Telco related field
- Good experience in analytics and problem solving
- Excellent communication, strong writing and presentation, MNC experience preferred
Requirements
- Handle system level design, requirements, customer support, and test support for a variety of system engineering projects
- Able to make changes to or upgrades existing systems designs, enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions
- Performs root cause analysis to identify system design issues and provides recommendations
- Implements solutions to complex problems
- Specific knowledge/ skills include system level knowledge of video technologies and standards including MPEG, Open Cable, etc.
- Networking technologies include TCP/IP and Ethernet
- System engineering and requirements management tools and techniques
