• Be based in Colombia and comfortable working remotely in a full-time capacity.

• Demonstrate strong sourcing expertise across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, competitive talent mapping, and other proactive candidate-identification methods.

• Bring prior contract or agency recruiting experience, ideally with a proven ability to join active searches, quickly understand requirements, and produce qualified pipelines with minimal ramp-up time.

• Have hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, with experience using Lever considered an advantage.

• Demonstrate practical fluency with AI tools in recruiting and an ability to integrate them effectively into sourcing, research, screening, and workflow management.

• Be highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently with limited supervision once priorities and expectations have been established.

• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Benefits:

• 3–6 month contract engagement, with potential for extension depending on hiring volume.

• Full-time working hours with an immediate start preferred.

• Fully remote working arrangement within Colombia.

• Access to an office in Bogotá for candidates who prefer to work from an office environment.

• Opportunity to support high-impact go-to-market hiring across multiple markets and commercial functions.
