We are currently seeking a Contract Governance & Performance Analyst to join our Contract Management team in Sudbury. This is a permanent position covered under the Collective Agreement between Vale and the Local 2020-05 United Steelworkers.
The Contract Governance & Performance Analyst leads the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of contract management processes, tools, and performance measurement practices. This analytical role requires strong technical proficiency and critical thinking to develop governance frameworks, reporting solutions, and performance insights that support contract oversight, decision-making, and business value creation. Through advanced data analysis and reporting, the Analyst designs measurement systems, identifies trends, risks, and opportunities, and drives data integrity and performance excellence. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, the Analyst streamlines commercial processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across Ontario Operations and, where applicable, Vale Base Metals operations in Canada.
