Contract Executive Assistant – Regional Leadership | Up to $5,500 #HHLT

💼 Responsibilities
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Regional Director and regional leadership stakeholders
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel commitments and business activities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venues, catering, accommodation and logistics
• Prepare agendas, presentations, documents, letters and meeting materials
• Coordinate end-to-end regional business travel including flights, hotels, visas and ground transportation
• Process expense claims for up to 6 managers and maintain accurate expense records
• Review invoices, coordinate approvals and support purchasing activities
• Coordinate senior management, Board, CEO and external stakeholder visits
• Support Country Chair forums, employee engagements, events and other regional activities
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams across different countries and business functions
• Provide general regional administrative support and maintain relevant records

📝 Requirements
• Min. diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Min. 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
• Strong experience managing complex calendars, regional travel, meetings and events
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
• Comfortable supporting occasional activities outside standard working hours for senior visits or events
