Content Marketing Manager

Why we’re here
Protect the world’s food supply. Build the brand, demand and presence that make Onside the obvious choice for rural and agricultural businesses.

Darwalla Group cut a disease tracing exercise from two weeks to a few hours with Onside. You’ll sit down with customers like them and turn that into the story other producers read.

About Onside
Onside is operational intelligence for agriculture. We give agribusinesses one record of every person, property and movement, so when a disease incursion hits or an audit lands, the answer takes seconds instead of weeks.

One platform covers biosecurity, health and safety, workforce, assets, environment and market access, and every check-in adds to a connected record of agriculture. We’re ranked 38th on the Deloitte Fast 50 (2025) and named to Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch (2025). With 90,000+ properties mapped and 8M+ visits recorded across Australia, New Zealand and North America, our big goal is 1 billion visits.

Requirements

About the role
You’ll own Onside’s content pipeline, from the editorial calendar to the final edit. You’ll set the approach and formats, and decide when a piece is ready to publish. Agencies and freelancers work from your briefs, and everything we publish is accurate and credible to rural and agricultural audiences.

You’ll find the customers and industry partners behind our case studies and co-branded content. You’ll use performance data to recommend where content goes and what we make next. You’ll work with the Marketing team, our Product Manager, Territory Managers and the Customer team, and report to our VP Marketing.

You’ll bring

• Experience running a B2B content programme
• Writing and editing that makes technical topics clear
• A track record of producing customer stories and case studies
• Comfort using performance data to improve content and link it to pipeline

Who thrives here

You’re sharp and structured, and you learn a new audience fast. You judge content by the pipeline it creates, and you don’t wait to be told.
