About Global Ledger

As the regulatory landscape for digital assets evolves rapidly, we work closely with partners in the public and private sectors to shape a responsible, risk-informed future for the crypto economy.

Role overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can turn content into a scalable organic growth channel.
The role combines content strategy, SEO, LLM visibility, content optimisation and hands-on editorial work. The goal is to grow qualified organic traffic, improve the performance of existing content, strengthen visibility across traditional and AI-driven search, and increase content contribution to leads and business growth.
You will work with complex topics across crypto compliance, AML/CTF, blockchain intelligence and regulation, turning internal expertise, proprietary data and market developments into high-performing content.

Responsibilities
Own and develop the content strategy across blog, website, landing pages and gated assets.
Grow qualified organic traffic through new content, SEO optimisation and systematic improvement of the existing content library.
Improve visibility across LLM-driven and AI search environments, including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Build authoritative, structured and citation-friendly content for both traditional search and AI discovery.
Analyse performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and similar tools.
Identify and act on content decay, ranking gaps, search intent mismatches, cannibalisation, internal linking and CTR opportunities.
Build topic clusters and strengthen topical authority around priority business themes.
Plan content refreshes, consolidation and repurposing to increase content lifetime and ROI.
Build TOFU–MOFU–BOFU content journeys that support lead generation and conversion.
Track content contribution to organic traffic, leads, MQLs and commercial outcomes.
Personally write, edit and improve high-value content, including long-form articles, landing pages, reports, guides, use cases and research-led materials.
Turn regulatory updates, investigations, product insights and proprietary data into strong market-facing narratives.
Use performance data to prioritise what to create, update, expand, consolidate or stop producing.
Build scalable content processes and workflows.
Work closely with Product, Analysts, PR, Sales and developers.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for research, analysis, optimisation and content workflows while maintaining strong editorial and factual standards.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, content SEO or organic growth.
Experience in crypto, blockchain, AML, compliance, regtech, fintech or a closely related domain.
Proven experience growing organic traffic and/or inbound leads through content.
Practical experience improving visibility in LLM-driven and AI search environments.
Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, topical authority, internal linking and on-page optimisation.
Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Familiarity with Screaming Frog or similar crawling tools.
Experience improving and scaling an existing content library, not only producing new content.
Strong hands-on writing and editing skills.
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar AI tools in regular content workflows.
Ability to turn complex technical, regulatory and data-heavy topics into clear and compelling narratives.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritise based on business impact.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Success in this role will be measured by:
growth in qualified organic traffic;
stronger non-branded search visibility;
stronger visibility in LLM and AI-driven discovery;
improved performance of the existing content library;
growth in organic leads and MQLs;
improved conversion from organic traffic;
