Content Marketing Lead (AI and SEO) at Dinarys | Jobyssey

Dinarys is an Ecommerce Development Company helping retailers, brands, and manufacturers across DACH, the UK, and the US build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce solutions.
We’re entering a new stage of marketing.
Rather than treating our website as a collection of pages, we’re transforming it into a scalable knowledge infrastructure that powers brand visibility, SEO, AI search, LLMs, sales enablement, and future AI agents.

We’re looking for an Content Marketing Lead (AI & SEO) who can lead this transformation.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the CEO, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Business Development to capture the company’s expertise and transform it into a structured, scalable knowledge ecosystem.
If you’re excited about AI, content strategy, semantic search, and building systems rather than simply producing content, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Think like a business owner rather than a content marketer.
Love extracting knowledge from experts and turning it into scalable business assets.
Enjoy building systems, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
Understand that modern content is built for both humans and AI.
Know how SEO, semantic search, entity-based content, branding, and AI work together.
Constantly experiment with AI tools, workflows, and autonomous agents.
Are comfortable working directly with founders and engineering teams.
Take ownership of ambiguous problems and build solutions from scratch.

What You’ll Build
During your first months, you’ll help transform Dinarys’ marketing foundation by building an AI-native knowledge ecosystem. You’ll work on structuring the company’s expertise into a scalable knowledge base, designing content architecture, and developing AI-powered workflows that make our expertise accessible to both people and AI systems.
This role goes far beyond creating content. You’ll help shape how our knowledge is organized, connected, and distributed to strengthen brand authority, improve discoverability across search engines and LLMs, and create a long-term foundation that supports marketing, sales, and future AI initiatives.
