Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

• Manage the backlog and release plans for content management and AI content solutions; ensure timely delivery of high-quality enhancements and features

• Collaborate with IT delivery teams, architects, vendors, and integrators to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions

• Oversee change management, user training, and adoption activities to ensure solutions are effectively embedded into global and regional ways of working

• Establish and track KPIs related to content quality, cycle times, review efficiency, reuse, and adherence to standards
