## Who We Are: Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes. For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work. As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another. At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today. *****Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.** **A day in the life:** You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts — home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-gen-driven businesses. The currency here is lead quality, not clicks or impressions. Clients care about CPL, lead-to-close rate, and cost per acquired customer — and they have a sales team that will tell you immediately when the leads aren't any good. Growth constraints in this vertical tend to be audience (targeting too broad, wrong geography, wrong intent signal) or measurement (reporting on volume when cost-per-booked-job is the real metric). Finding that constraint and fixing it is most of the job. **Responsibilities:** - Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes - Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department - Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews — diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with particular focus on lead quality, funnel conversion, and market-level dynamics - Work directly with client sales or operations teams to understand what makes a good lead — and build that definition back into targeting and creative strategy - Own the senior client relationship; QBRs should talk about cost per acquisition, not cost per click - Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a single account strategy - Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization — many consumer services clients want to scale markets and need a framework for it - Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow MRR - Build multi-threaded relationships with multiple layers of client contacts so no single point of contact departure puts an account at risk - Ensure daily use of our proprietary technology (Iris and nova), Pulse (client performance and sentiment tool) cadence at 100%, and Power Circuit (our proprietary diagnostic system) compliance across managed ADs - Coach analysts and specialists; give direct, specific feedback **Role Requirements:** - 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house - Understands lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source - Has worked with clients who have a sales team and knows how to align marketing strategy to what that team can actually close - Comfortable with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures - Familiar with local SEO, GMB, and review strategy — these matter in home services and similar categories - Understands the difference between lead volume and lead quality, and has experience shifting a client's focus from one to the other - Track record of retaining and growing accounts **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Expansion to Churn Ratio (ETCR) - Net MRR across portfolio - Client NPS (8+ avg) - Monthly Service Expansion pipeline generation - Power Circuit Certification (annual) **Most Important Things (MITs)** - Team Coaching and Development - Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution - Client Retention and Client Revenue Growth **Benefits & Perks:** - Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities - Unlimited Time Off available on day one - Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid - Healthcare stipend: $50/month to support your healthcare or insurance costs - National Holidays + 2 Mental Health Recharge Days per year - Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm - Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s) - Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance - Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives _Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who strive to make an impact inside and outside of the workplace. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one’s identity. All of our employees' points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility._ _Please be aware of fictitious job openings, consulting engagements, solicitations, or employment offers from suspicious sources.
