Job Summary
The Construction Team Member supports ongoing physical improvements and renovation projects across the hotel and restaurant properties. The 9 properties are located between Long Beach, WA and Manzanita, OR so the ability to travel is a must. This role is designed for a reliable individual with foundational construction or hands-on trade experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. This role will work under the Construction Manager and execute duties as assigned.
Duties + Responsibilities

Execute mid-level construction and repair tasks across the properties, including basic carpentry, drywall patch/repair, interior and exterior painting, and fixture installations.

Assist with property improvement and renovation projects, ensuring work meets quality standards, safety guidelines, and timeline expectations.

Perform light plumbing and electrical maintenance, such as replacing fixtures, lightbulbs, hardware, or putting together furniture.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in finishing work, precise measurements, neat painting/sealing, and thorough job-site clean-up.

Safely operate, maintain, and store hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

Collaborate effectively with the Construction Manager and team and consider guest impact and disruption while working on property.

Other construction, maintenance, or projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

Ability to travel (transportation and accommodations provided as needed)

Previous experience in light construction, general contracting, maintenance, or handyman work preferred.

High attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship and clean finishing work.

Familiarity with basic hand/power tools and standard construction safety practices.

Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs), stand/bend/climb ladders for extended periods, and work in varied indoor/outdoor environments.
