Construction Manager- Arabic Speaker

· Oversees establishment of the Construction Management Plan, Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.

· Works to devise and executes action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work; advises the client and company management of any such changes

· Acts as the contractor’s representative with the client, subcontractors and suppliers during the project execution

· Procurement – Prepares purchase requisitions and procures items necessary for the operation of the field office

· Establishes procedures for the administration of all field vehicles and equipment; maintains necessary status logs and reports

· Coordinates the drafting of requisitions, subcontract scopes of work, amendments, and task orders

· Monitors contractor's expenses versus budget. Prepares draft amendments if required

· Manages current and timely change orders

· Cost Engineering – Supervises the preparation of the contractors monthly construction progress report and the contract status report
