Construction Manager

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate construction site activities, manage subcontractors and schedules, ensure quality and safety compliance, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare reports to resolve on-site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers to maintain efficient operations
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules to ensure timely project progress
• Monitor work progress and verify quality workmanship to meet project standards
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution
• Prepare detailed site reports and resolve on-site issues promptly to support project continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in construction, term-contractor and A&A works to support effective site management
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload for smooth site operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders effectively
• Problem-solving skills applied to site coordination challenges to maintain project momentum
