Construction Litigation Lawyer 2+ To £££
Rare opening at this Tier 1 construction team to get involved in a broad range of contentious construction matters for both private and public sector developers including major international and domestic contractors, consultants and public sector bodies such as central and local government, and social housing providers. You will be utilise ADR including adjudication, mediation, the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes and litigation. The projects are mainly domestic but with the opportunity to become involved in international matters. Previous relevant experience and knowledge of construction standard form contracts such as JCT, FIDIC and NEC essential.
