Your New Role
Work as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, Texas, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects throughout the DFW area
Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through construction and project closeout
Manage multiple commercial concrete projects based on size, schedule, and complexity
Develop and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts
Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors
Oversee concrete scopes including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and construction schedules moving
Visit project sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area to monitor safety, workmanship, productivity, and schedule performance
Work directly with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal teams to resolve project issues
Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and maintain project profitability
Lead project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and required project documentation

2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects
Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or similar commercial concrete scopes
Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations
Ability to manage multiple construction projects and shifting project priorities
Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and field personnel
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
Bluebeam experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area
OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
