Responsibilities
- Support the installation and ongoing maintenance of computer systems.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues.
- Install and replace computer components as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all ICT equipment.
- Install operating systems and necessary device drivers.
- Guide learners during hardware practical training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status and repair activities.
