There are two (2) Community Program Manager positions which report to the Deputy Administrator for Community Facilities. One with the Guaranteed and Loan Processing and Servicing Division and one with Direct Loan/Grant Processing Division for Community Facilities in the Rural Housing Service (RHS). The Division is responsible for processing and servicing Community Facilities guaranteed and direct loans and grants and the Rural Community Development Initiative (RCDI) Grants.
Responsible for administering the program, formulating policy, distributing funds and processing and servicing Community Facilities loans and grants.
Conduct and maintain high level effective working relationships with community and public interest groups, professional associations and other Federal agencies.
Provide directions, guidance and advice to field officials and their staff regarding program administration
Communicate program objectives, policies and authorities to the public, industry professionals, senior level leadership and Congressional offices.
